This 15-month (62-week) Diploma Program is in-classroom and in-clinic, where students complete an externship after passing their academic requirements. On graduating you receive the Diploma of Surgical Technology and are eligible to sit the National Certifying Examination, administered by the Liaison Council on Certification for the Surgical Technology.

A clinical research Professional ensures compliance with the clinical trial protocol, checks clinical site activities, makes on-site visits, reviews Case Report Forms (CRFs) and communicates with clinical research investigators. They are usually required to possess an academic degree in Life Sciences and needs to have a good knowledge of Good clinical practice and local regulations.
